Severe hypoxia in overwintering water body
Under normal circumstances, severe hypoxia in overwintering water is the main cause of fish death. The causes of hypoxia are as follows:
1. The pool water is thin, the number of phytoplankton is small, the transparency of ice is poor, and the oxygen production of photosynthesis is not enough for consumption;
2. There are too many organic matters in overwintering water, and a large amount of decomposition consumes oxygen;
3. Too many wild fish, or too high oxygen release density, cause hypoxia;
4. The soil water holding capacity is low, and the water level drops too much after freezing, resulting in hypoxia;
5. Factory sewage and mineral-rich water inflow, such as grassland landscape with more iron, flows into the overwintering water body, which causes hypoxia due to more oxygen consumption.
Fish species are small in size and poor in physique
The fish species are small in size (less than 10 cm), and there are few nutrients such as fat accumulated in the body, which is insufficient for consumption in the wintering period, so the body is deficient and dies.
Bad management
Inadequate management during the overwintering period, failure to timely check dissolved oxygen, fish activities and water level changes, or failure to take timely and effective measures after finding bad conditions, resulting in a large number of dead fish. For example, if the overwintering pool leaks, the water is too shallow or freezes to the bottom, all the fish will die; Do not check the dissolved oxygen regularly, fish die of lack of oxygen and so on.
How to solve
We are proud to introduce Nano-Tube, which is significant improvement solution to diffuse oxygen in the water. Based on studies and experiments in shrimp ponds, we developed the Nano-tube. These products of Nano-Tube were invented specifically to transfer oxygen into the water. Nano-Tube creates more continuous air bubble to transfer oxygen into the water and less power consumption rate compared with other systems.
