ECO INCUBATOR,The fertilized eggs acquired from carefully picked brood stock are inserted for incubation in the hatching system. Each tank contains a floating egg tray that must be loaded with exactly 100 grams of fertilized eggs. This stocking method guarantees a total density of 400 grams of eggs every hatching cycle. The fertilized eggs are then equally spread among the meshes of the floating egg trays and incubated for 24 hours under ideal conditions with a water temperature of roughly 29 degrees Celsius. During this time, the larvae successfully exit through the mesh, but any unhatched eggs stay in the trays. It is critical to highlight that the use of chemical agents to treat the eggs is unnecessary, and that avoiding such steps encourages the formation of healthier fry.
ECO INCUBATOR is made up of an incubation tray, an incubation trough, a liquid level tube, and a supporting frame. The water treatment system may be customized individually to meet specific needs. This style of incubator is ideal for larger and heavier fish eggs, which are difficult to hatch due to their tendency to sink at the bottom and resist water circulation. This incubator's design solves this issue successfully, giving a way to assure successful hatching.
ECO INCUBATORis generally used in labs and fish farms to hatch fish eggs. Water pollution mostly consists of water-soluble organic compounds, as well as resultant ammonia nitrogen, nitrite, and nitrate, because fish eggs and freshly hatched fry do not require feeding and have low metabolic rates. Furthermore, the effect of water mold on hatching must be addressed.
As a result, the package includes basic water treatment equipment organized into three sections:
1. Ultrafine biofilter cotton for filtering;
2. Bio-media, such as bio balls, to develop denitrifying and nitrifying bacteria that degrade water-soluble organic compounds;
3. UV sterilizing equipment to remove water mold.
