The Oxygen Cone is also called an oxygenating cone. It is a kind of oxygenating equipment specially designed for factory aquaculture. The whole body is made of FRP high-strength material. The effect of oxygenation obviously exceeds that of similar products. With pure oxygen production equipment (oxygen machine) (or oxygen cylinder) and other circulating aquaculture equipment used together, can provide high-soluble oxygen water for ultra-high-density aquaculture. If the gas is ozone, it can form a high concentration of ozone water, with strong oxidation, which can instantly kill bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms in the water.
Due to the increasing popularity of recirculating aquaculture and the increasing density of aquaculture, the requirement of water dissolved oxygen value is also increasing. Taking the breeding density of 35kg/m3 of South American white shrimp as an example, the dissolved oxygen should be at least 16mg/L above to meet the demand of fish. This dissolved oxygen value does not include the chemical oxygen demand in water, other biological oxygen demands, and so on. Because the water in high-density aquaculture contains a large amount of organic matter such as bait and uncleared fish feces, the decomposition of this organic matter also consumes a large amount of oxygen. However, traditional aeration methods such as air aeration can not reach this level. Using pure oxygen to increase dissolved oxygen in the water in a powerful way has become an urgent market demand.
